Neue Ersatzverkündung gültig ab 03.04.2022

Die Landesregierung hat am 29.03.2022 die neue Fassung der Corona-Bekämpfungsverordnung beschlossen, die ab 03.04.2022 in Kraft tritt.

Nach dem 19. März 2022 sind die bisherigen Ermächtigungsgrundlagen aus § 28a Abs. 7 IfSG a.F. überwiegend entfallen.
Die strengen Voraussetzungen für Maßnahmen nach § 28a IfSG sind derzeit nicht erfüllt.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Neufassung entfallen daher nach Ablauf des zweiwöchigen Übergangszeitraums sämtliche Einschränkungen für u.a.
